“Robert is awesome! I pulled up without an appointment. I haven't been able to get my car repaired and he not only made a call to the insurance company but had 2 employees hammer a part of the damage so I could at least open the damaged door to put groceries in and out until the party at fault talks to his insurance adjuster. Robert, I will definitely be back to get my car repairs after all "the red tape" at the insurance company is resolved.”

“I came here on a recommendation from a long time customer of Chuck's. I have to say I hate when I need them because it means my car is wrecked, but they are the BEST. I've had a major and minor repair done on the same truck in 3 years, and they are so easy to deal with.
For reference, I got another estimate on the latest repair from another shop where my friend works. He quoted 3 hours of labor. Charlton's quoted 20 minutes. It took about 3 minutes to switch out a broken panel. I saved $150 at Charlton's.
Always check around, but please include Charlton's in your bid process.”

I brought "Fierce" in for some paint touch up and all around pick me up. I bought her used so wanted to get rid of the old scratches. I picked her up and omg I'm so happy with the job they did. “I have come to know this place too well - my teenager keeps jacking up her car and this is my preferred place to fix it. The first time, it was a major rebuild of the front end. This latest time, another front end job and the driver side mirror - I was impressed and grateful that Chuck went out of his way to find a used mirror to save money and he made sure the car was definitely driveable. The work is flawless and they are super nice. Hopefully you won't have to get something fixed, but if you do - this is the place to go!

“Took my expensive SUV in for repairs to the left driver and passenger door. From a distance it looked fine Upon closer inspection I could plainly see flaws in the paint, over spray on the sills, careless taping (making a cheap paint job look less appealing than an Earl Scheib 99.00 special.

“Called to see about getting an estimate, and Robert was with a customer. Left my name and number and he called back once he was finished. Explained my issue and he asked I bring my car by. Even though the body shop guys were getting ready to go home, he said he would have them wait a few min for me as I was not that far out. Upon arrival Robert was very polite, friendly and professional. The shop has a homey feel, and they even have a little shop dog! Robert took my vehicle to have them inspect it, and came back not even 10 min later. I am so, so happy with the customer service and price!!! I will definitely be back!! Thank you sooo much!!!”

“Took my father-in-law and his wife's car here after a small fender bender. He is 93 and a WW II veteran. They really took care of them advising what needed to be done and what was not necessary to save them money. Very honest and straight forward. Unlike another body shop we went to first. “Very much highly recommended! Probably my new favorite body shop. I brought my car in for a repair after my bumper was hit and dented while it was parked. The person's insurance covered all the expenses. This place was recommended by the car insurance company because they have worked with them in the past. It was my first time at this shop and didn't have any expectations.

I took my car for an estimate and then brought it back a few days later for repair. The staff was very nice and friendly. They seemed to be honest, hardworking people who do not try to talk you in to purchasing or having any extra services done. They were very polite and thorough explaining the process on how the repair would go. Note that I got my car the SAME day as the repair, it only took a few hours. And when I picked it up, I was so surprised to see my car WASHED and VACUUMED. When I asked if they had washed my car, they said, "Yes, we always do." Best customer service and experience at a body shop thus far.”

I have had Charlton's repair 4 different cars after 5 different accidents (none were our fault BTW) and every single time they greet us, and treat us, like family. They keep us updated on the status of any repairs, give us advice on the best course of action with the repairs and (occasionally) with the insurance companies. The quality of their work is without peer. I simply will not have my vehicles repaired anywhere else.”

“I recently had an uninsured motorist hit my 2013 Cadillac Escalade causing damage to my left front quarter panel and bending my 24inch black wheel. Being a meticulous person, I wanted to make sure Charlton was up to the challenge of getting this vehicle back into the condition it was in, before the accident. Chuck is more detailed oriented than I could be and his team got the vehicle in as new condition. You couldn't tell there was any work done. This is the place to go if you need excellent work done, in a timely fashion.”
